MFQ No Excuses Bootcamp - Saturday 28th January
FINAL WEEK IN JANUARY - LET'S GET IT!
Hey Queens, we are back in a new location, with a roof over our head and more equiptment. So we can focus on making these winter gains and Full Body Snatch our number one priority - NO EXCUSES!
What can I expect?
- A balls to walls workout led by 4x Bodybuilding Champion and Fitness Pro, MsFitQueen
- A mixture of HIIT Cardio and Strength Exercises to Sculpt and Shred bodyfat for 45 minutes
- Fun, community spirit with High Vibrational Queens that will support each other
- A dope playlist which will have you two stepping in between sets
- A caring vibe, where you can come alone or bring your friends
- Brief Q&A session, to help you with your post workout care. This will include nutritional advice because, we all know that abs are made in the kitchen
I haven’t worked out in ages…Can I still come?
Of course!! The workout will be flexible for all Queens from beginner to advanced level. Also, modifications will be provided. Don’t worry, we will NOT be doing 10,000 burpees...this week lol
What should I bring?
Bring your friends or come alone and make friends. The more the merrier! Also, please bring a sweat towel and water
What should I wear?
Comfortable workout clothes and trainers. Also, you may consider bringing a spare change of clothing for the extra sweat!
