Queens, We are closing out the year with something truly special, the Vision Board Special Edition of our Fit and Fine Intimate Session.

This one is all about intention, alignment and getting your creative juices flowing for the life YOU deserve. We are going oldskool with it, cutting, gluing and getting our grown woman arts and crafts on as we create vision boards for the year ahead.

No fumbling our way through it. Let's map out what we want to see, feel and achieve in 2026, not just by saying it but, by setting it into motion.

Join us for our final Fit and Fine Session of the year as we reflect, release and get intentional for what is next. This is the perfect way to wrap up 2025 and step confidently step into your next season.

Do I need to bring anything?
Yes, please bring your own mat and a water bottle. 💦 Pen & small notebook is optional

Can I come alone?
Absolutely! Come solo and connect with amazing Queens, or bring your girlfriends — your friends are my friends.
